Please email Charters@ammonstransportation.com to officially book your bus.  Our staff will reach out to you within the next business day. Your request is not booked until you receive an invoice.

A quote is specified pricing for trip. An invoice is the official booking of your reservation. 

Yes, we recommend booking your transportation service in advance to ensure availability and to receive the best rates. Note that a quote is NOT an official booking. 

We offer a variety of vehicles including 45 passenger School Buses, 26-Passenger Luxury Buses, 15-Passenger Vans and 7-Passenger Vans. 

We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, ACH (approved vendors) and purchase order (approved vendors) and cash. You can pay at the time of booking or directly to the driver.

Ammons offers harnesses at an added cost of $10 per harness and $75 per every 2 wheelchairs lifts. Below are the capacity limits for our wheelchair accommodations.

While all vehicles are equipped with Heat, our Luxury Passengers Buses and smaller vans are also equipped with air conditioning.

Ammons offers a courtesy of two minutes past pick up time before we move forward to the next destination. Please give the office a call with any questions or updates to your child's transportation.

Unless designated as a latchkey, parents or guardians must receive the child from the bus aide, at the bus. As the bus waits for the mandated 10 period, if no parent or guardian receives the child within 10 minutes, we must contact student transportation. In rare instances the child may have to return or delivered to the Police Station.
